Surplus Electronic Parts By Toko Bunga Surabaya 10122012
There are many companies that specialize in warehousing surplus electronic parts. You can find capacitors, diodes, semi-conductors and all kinds of different electronic parts for sale. Also if you own a manufacturing company you may find yourself with a ton of excess inventory. If you are looking to get rid of your extra electronic parts, there are many companies who will buy that from you.
Excess Inventory
Excess inventory refers to a situation arising due to extra supplies of production of materials that are not exactly required and cannot be put to fruitful use. This is essentially a result of faulty planning and production process that leads to excess production Ship Chandlery Indonesia and subsequent wastage, spoilage and loss. In every manufacturing and processing endeavor there is the need for accurate production planning, implementation and storage. In some case this planning process may go haywire, leading to jam tangan original dan murah this extra production. When inventories pile up due to less off-take of materials and products, the situation webdesign surabaya is always less than salutary.
Take for instance a steel company. The company's marketing and strategic planning as well as production departments would have to assess the demand for steel products that the steel mill produces. This assessment would have to be done on a quarterly as well as a monthly basis so that the production is in line with or in Leather golf ski batting driving working dress glove manufacturer and supplier tandem with the demand for the steel products. Now assume that the company assess that it has to produce 1 million tons of steel in June and does so accordingly. The inventory (finished steel products) is stored in special sheds or storage areas waiting to be shipped to client companies. Now cargo murah kapal assume that suddenly a couple of companies cancel their orders suddenly. The off-take of steel stops leading to a condition of excess inventory, especially if the products were special type products that cannot be sold in the open market to other flying fish roe companies.
Excess inventory also occurs in the case of countries that produce a lot of agricultural produce for which demand is less than the supply. This leads to a problem of plenty where the cost of storage of such products may be more than the cost of the product itself. This lends itself to a situation where the excess produce has to be destroyed. Nowadays there are special liquidator companies that specialize in getting rid of extra inventory for which there is no immediate sale opportunity. While such companies also try to sell the inventory, in many cases there is no other recourse but to destroy and dispose of the same.
Capacitors & Diodes
Capacitors and diodes are electrical components that are commonly used in electrical appliances and applications. There are surplus electronic parts of almost every type found throughout the world today. Capacitors are widely used in a number of energy storing devices and also in power supply functions. In addition they are also useful in applications as found in generators, lasers, radars, fusion research applications and in the electromagnetic formation too. The principal design of a capacitor is that it consists of a couple of conductors that are separated by a dielectric. Now the existence of a voltage difference between the two conducting plates that are separated allows the formation of an electric field in the dielectric and facilitates the storage of electric energy and also creates a force between the plates.
Myriad scientists and researchers including Ewald Georg von Kleist, Pieter van Musschenbroek and the famous Benjamin Franklin all conducted experiments and detailed studies of the phenonmenon of capacitance which was experssed in terms of 'farads' after another famous scientist Michael Faraday. It has been observed that if a vacuum is created between the plates, the capacitance is greatly enhanced. The use of capacitors and diodes in modern scientifc development cannot be emphasized enough. Diodes are essentially a couple of electrodes that have a voltage difference between them, leading to a one-directional flow of energy between them. This flow of energy is said to be in a forward biased direction as opposed to the reverse biased direction.
The early diodes were known as the vacuum tubes ore the 'cat's whiskers' and also had the name of thermionic valves. Celebrated scientist like Guthrie and Thomas Alva Edison were also instrumental in discovering the properties of diodes. They were working independently, but came to amazingly similar conclusions. As far as capacitors and diodes go, the dicovery of semiconductor material has indeed taken the science to greater and unimagined heights of development and advancement. There are many devices that came into being using the diode principle like transistors, thyristors, varistors, DIAC, TRIAC and the like. These are used in applications like thermal steering, temperature measurement, power conversion, over-voltage protection to just name a few. One really cannot imagine the modern world without these devices and applications.
Integrated Circuits
Integrated circuits are also popularly called chips or ICs and are part and parcel of most of the modern gadgets and electronic devices that we use today. There are so many appliances and electric based amenities that we take for granted today. Do you know that at the heart of most of these lies the chip? ICs are composed of internal components like diodes, triodes and the like are ever present in the TVs, cell phones, cars and music systems that we use on a daily basis. The miniaturization of components that we se in the ultra thin TVs or the super small transistor radios have all been made possible due to rapid advances in the development of chips.
The history of the chip can be traced to Jack Kilby of Texas Instruments and Robert Noyce of Fairchild Semiconductors who had worked to develop integrated circuits with the former making it out of germanium and earlier than Noyce who had made it out of silicon, the material which it is more commonly made of today. Incidentally, Jack Kilby was given the Nobel prize for his invention in 2000. The first chips were an example of small scale integration with only a few transistors on the chips, which were followed by medium scale integration where the number of transistors was greater.
The current crop of chips is an example of very large scale integration where the number of transistors has indeed crossed the tens of billions on a single chip. Naturally, the kind of complexity of functions performed by these chips, which are made of semiconductors has indeed crossed the bounds of human imagination.
The use of ICs has become extremely broad-based with hardly any process or gadget remaining that does not depend for its functionality on integrated circuits. Computing for instance where supercomputer design and manufacture can be directly traced to the development of highly advanced chips. The very large scale integration as mentioned has ensured that many newer generations of supercomputers have been developed that have indeed made computing unparalleled. In addition, from applications as diverse as aeronautical engineering to media and communications to even transportation and medicine, the role of ICs is unmatched and indispensable.

How to Choose an ERP By Toko Bunga Surabaya 14112012
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a methodology for integrating applications like payroll, finance, sales, supply chain, manufacturing and others into a single system. Integration of multiple business functions allows management to take advantage of shared data structures and timely information. Because of this high level of integration, selection of the right ERP is an important step.
Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
Selection Criteria
1)Identify business process requirements for the applications (finance, human resources) that your organization needs. Prioritize Ship Chandlery Indonesia requirements and assign a weight factor to each one. Those most critical to your organization are weighted highest.
Have vendors respond to this list, indicating which ones are fully met, partially met, customizable or not included in their software. The jam tangan memiliki garansi responses will help you score each product's ability to meet your processing and more importantly, your business needs.
2)Evaluate the software's ability to run on your present and projected technology platform. Platform refers to karangan bunga computing architecture and includes hardware, operating system, network, database, server and desktop environment.
3)Research the vendor's standing in the ERP internet marketing surabaya marketplace. Leading vendors who are still acquiring new customers will likely be around longer than those only supporting existing clients and living off of maintenance fees. ERP is a large and expensive commitment--you want to make sure the vendor Genuine cabretta leather golf ski batting driving working dress glove manufacturer will continue to support and improve the product for years to come.
4)Calculate cost of ownership. cargo murah kapal Implementation is a one-time cost that generally runs very high, but maintenance, upgrades and support can also be expensive. These include: annual fees for upgrades; technical staff to maintain the system; hardware; system infrastructure support and maintenance.
What may be less obvious are factors raw fish eggs such as number of administrators needed to manage the system. Some software requires a high level of administrative overhead while others better automate those functions.
Total cost of ownership can vary widely between products. Vendors should have some information to get you started, but there are external resources such as user support groups and industry think tanks.
5)Evaluate vendor support including upgrade schedules, availability of training, and 24/7 help lines to assist with problem resolution.
6)Ask for system demonstrations by each vendor. Evaluate how configurable, flexible, easy to use and understandable the system is. Ask them to show you the product using your own business transaction scenarios rather than predefined demo cases.
7)Explore options for implementing the ERP software that include purchase, lease, outsourcing and other variations available. Maintenance and support can be more than your organization can handle. Rather than expand your Information Technology (IT) department, find vendors or third-party providers who will host and manage the system at varying levels and often at more affordable rates.
8)Check references. Vendors generally provide names of their most satisfied customers as references. Find others through industry organizations. Ask what they would do differently if they were to start the process over again.
Tips & Warnings
Hiring a consultant for advice speeds the search and avoids costly mistakes. Select a consultant that has no vested interest in products.
When listing requirements avoid the obvious features. Detailed requirements will help differentiate vendors.

Does An ERP System Help Reduce Cost in Supply Chain By Toko Bunga Surabaya 14112012
ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. This term refers to the efforts that are undertaken in a manufacturing setting to plan work load around the acquisition of materials and projected delivery Ship Chandlery Indonesia dates to customers. The reason that this is important is because promises are made to be able to consistently deliver product on-time to end customers.
Addressing the question as to whether or not an ERP system will help reduce cost in supply chain is a complex one. Part of jam tangan original dan murah the answer lies in the ability to obtain data from an ERP program.
ERP Systems
The systems that make up enterprise resource planning are computer-based. The reason is that the amount of data that is required to help forecast delivery is very complex. ERP programs can be stand-alone bunga papan surabaya programs or part of a complete integrated package that reaches across all of the manufacturing departments and draws information from them to help make critical management decisions.
Some smaller manufacturers might only require webdesign surabaya the use of integrated spreadsheets in order to perform resource planning. Larger corporations have a need for all-encompassing systems. These systems are often purchased from Leather golf ski batting driving working dress glove manufacturer and supplier specialized ERP software companies such as SAP, Consona EPR, Epicor Software, Exact cargo murah kapal Software and SysPro ERP.
Supply Chain Management Basics
Managing supply chain has as its core the ability to order and receive raw materials that are used in the manufacture of raw fish eggs a product. A key part of this is being able to keep the flow of those materials on a consistent and regular basis to keep up with manufacturing demands. As a result of this process, costing is integrated so that a history can be viewed to be able to spot trends. Also, the ability to compare costs between vendors is valuable to the process in order to keep raw material costs low thereby increasing profits.
Cost Reduction Efforts
An ERP system will help reduce costs in supply chain, but only if the data that is being captured is analyzed and evaluated properly. In other words, it is not an automatic process. Reports that are generated will help managers to identify critical data points upon which they can make better choices.
For example, a vendor that delivers high quality raw materials consistently with a low cost will be in the best position to cement a relationship with that manufacturer. Being able to purchase a high quantity because of this relationship should help reduce the cost of the materials as well.
However, placing all supply chain business with one vendor might not be wise. Having multiple sources helps to keep the flow of raw materials uninterrupted in case one vendor experiences delivery issues. That requires the ability to balance the ordering and processing of these materials between vendors.
Using
ERP Systems can help reduce supply chain costs, but only if those who are using the systems are fully trained and are able to extract information from the system that helps them reach their critical goals.

ERP System Benefits By Toko Bunga Surabaya 06112012
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) helps companies by integrating numerous resources--human resources, strategy and planning, finance, production and distribution--into a single software solution. The integrated computer systems serve the particular tasks of each department or group while operating from one database as opposed to several different ones. Efficiencies in communication and information-sharing are among the many ERP system benefits.
Benefits
According to Mosaic Data Systems, an ERP provider, sharing a single database provides numerous benefits. Workflows can Ship chandler Indonesia be streamlined. Redundant data entry can be eliminated. Information can be shared quickly and easily between departments and branch offices.
Improved efficiencies can trickle down to customers in the form of better on-time deliveries, quicker delivery times and jam tangan terbaru possibly even cost savings as companies reduce expenses for things such as inventory and vendors.
Integrated systems enable customer management to be more efficient. For example, if a customer calls with a problem, one toko bunga surabaya person can access all the information tied to the process---from production to delivery to billing---and that person can answer customers' questions and resolve their problems quickly.
Disadvantages
According to an April 2008 article in CIO magazine, one of the drawbacks to ERP is the stress it places on the webdesign surabaya organization. All employees in all departments will be required to learn a new computer system and often new procedures for inputting data. This can be a shock to the company culture and productivity could go down.
Companies also need to be careful that the ERP system addresses every business need. ERP can require huge Leather golf ski batting driving working dress glove manufacturer and supplier investments of time and money. The software must fulfill the needs of each aspect of the business or the entire project could go to waste. Add-ons or modifications can be costly and drag out the implementation time.
Costs
The CIO article also stated that total cost of operation for ERP projects can range anywhere from $400,000 to pengiriman ekspedisi barang several million dollars. One benchmark to consider is a cost per user of flying fish roe more than $50,000 (including training and other costs over a two-year period) for a typical ERP project, according to the article.
Costs can be recovered in as little as eight months though. Total savings can run into the millions. A 2002 survey by Meta Group cited in the CIO article listed the median annual savings from a new ERP system at $1.6 million.
Warning
Cost overruns are easy to come by with ERP systems. Among the areas that tend to be underestimated when it comes to ERP budget are: training employees; converting old data; testing the new system; adding customized modules.
Time Frame
An effective implementation of an enterprise resource planning system requires not just software installation but a change in work processes. A company that wants to experience all the benefits of ERP should expect to commit to a one- to three-year project.
A new innovation in ERP software called on-demand or software-as-a-service (SaaS) has reduced implementation time on some projects. These ERP systems are hosted by third party vendors, so on-site installation is unnecessary.

Achieving Support for an Individual Voluntary Arrangement By Toko Bunga Surabaya 25092012
If you are considering entering into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) with your creditors you would certainly want to be reassured that they're going to endorse your IVA proposal. The overriding challenge is whether your offer is going to be sufficiently appealing to not less than 75% of those lenders who make a decision to exercise their authority to vote marine ship chandlery supplier indonesia to influence them to approve of your proposals. So what do lenders or to be more accurate your particular creditors wish to see in your offer documents?
The very first thing that creditors look for in an IVA offer is the truth. They are expecting the debtor to be transparent, candid and honest. Besides it is their funds which is at stake and if a borrower is seeking out their authorization to write off a considerable portion jam tangan original dan murah (or indeed any part) of their debts via an IVA, the least they will be expecting to see in the offer is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the plain unvarnished truth. Accordingly let us take this as a fundamental prerequisite and take servis jam tangan for granted that the IVA offer is an honest one.
Clearly, the IVA proposal should also be the insolvent debtor's best effort to deal with their unsecured liabilities and the expected pay out to lenders has to be acceptable. This yield is usually bunga papan surabaya called the estimated (or projected) dividend and is generally expressed as the percentage of the money owed which the insolvent debtor promises to pay back. To illustrate if the borrower estimates that creditors will webdesign surabaya get back a quarter of the monies borrowed by the debtor then the estimated return is 25% or 25 pence in the pound. It is for creditors to decide on Leather golf ski batting driving working dress glove manufacturer and supplier whether the dividend is decent or not. Lenders make this determination taking into account the debtor's situation and they exercise their judgment as to whether the offer is the debtor's best attempt to address their debts.
Apart from the credibility of the proposal and the expectation of a reasonable dividend, there are a variety of other standards which creditors apply. Take the case of a self employed (S/E) person who is offering proposals to creditors for an IVA and who has liabilities to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). If the person has a history of non-compliance then HMRC are likely to reject the offer. The most prevalent such non-compliance and probably the most significant one is the failure to make S/E returns to HMRC. If S/E returns are current, HMRC may well accept the IVA offer even when the debts to HMRC are sizeable, so long as returns are up to date. The way HMRC looks at this issue is that the cost of making S/E returns is often minimal and even if the person in debt is unable to make complete tax and associated payments once they fall due, the failure to make returns reveals a lack of goodwill and possible future issues if the IVA were to be agreed to.
HMRC also puts great store in the law of dealing with all unsecured creditors in the same manner. They especially aren't happy with an IVA proposal in which what's at times called a hostage creditor seeks to be dealt with more favorably than other creditors. For an S/E individual, a hostage creditor may, for example, be a crucial seller of goods and/or services to the debtor's business and who will only continue doing business with the debtor if they are excluded from the debtor's IVA and if they get payment in full for all liabilities incurred by the debtor ahead of the IVA being authorised. This is clearly preferential treatment for that creditor who is holding the debtor hostage. From the debtor's standpoint, it's a case of damned if I do and damned if I don't! Should they incorporate the hostage creditor's debt in the IVA, that creditor is likely to stop providing crucial goods or services and the debtor's enterprise may not succeed because of that which in turn may cause the IVA to be unsuccessful. If on the other hand the borrower fails to divulge the debt to the hostage creditor and excludes it from the IVA, fully planning to service that liability covertly, than again the IVA may fail when and if the supervisor of the IVA or another creditor discovers the preferential treatment. In these circumstances the debtor's enterprise is also likely to fail. This sort of debtor could hardly be described as being open, frank and honest.
Creditors might also turn down an IVA if it is possible that in a Debt Management Plan (DMP), all lenders could be paid in full in less than ten years and in some cases in a duration of one hundred months. Although such an result might well be based upon some or all interest and charges being suspended during the life of the DMP, that's certainly not certain, given the varying strategies that various lenders embrace when dealing with a DMP.
The business relationship between the lender and the borrower can also be a critical factor in shaping the creditor's approach to the IVA proposal. If the consumer is a relatively recent customer and the debt was sustained within the last six months, it would not be surprising for the creditor to turn down the IVA. On the other hand if the person in debt was a long standing customer of say twenty years and the new liability was just a merging of several existing debts with that creditor, then it would be not as likely that that lender would turn down the IVA, given the long term understanding of the debtor's credit history.
The main other things that might affect the mindset of creditors to an IVA offer include the prior behavior of the debtor, the viability of the IVA, the charging of assets and the previous (and present-day) way of life of the debtor. Let us look at these in turn.
Lenders can expect that the debtor will be open, frank and honest in revealing all appropriate factors in the IVA offer. If a lender is aware of an exceptional issue relating to the debtor's prior financial history and connected to the debtor's current financial troubles and the issue is not revealed in the IVA offer then that lender would be firmly prepared to reveal the matter to the nominee, assuming that the creditor's knowledge of the matter is wholly legitimate and is based upon preceding business or personal dealings with the person in debt. The Data Protection Act would not safeguard the consumer from such disclosure. In any event, it wouldn't come as a surprise that that creditor would reject the IVA offer, possibly while not providing any rationale.
Creditors will in addition exercise their judgment and discretion where the projected dividend is so small that it is not financially worthwhile for the creditor to say yes to the IVA. Suppose for instance that the debt was 500 and the forecasted dividend in a five years IVA is 20p in the . Even though the creditor could expect to receive a dividend of 100 over a period of five years, the management costs of furnishing a proof of debt and keeping the account open might be excessive and not worthwhile financially. Such a lender might reject the IVA offer.
Another circumstance which occurs is when the lender has currently undertaken legal measures to secure the debt by obtaining a charging order on the debtor's property. Suppose that a lender has already obtained an interim charging order when the debtor's IVA proposal comes. That creditor has two choices. The first option is to proceed to get a final charging order and depend on that for the satisfaction of the liability in hopes that the IVA will be rejected so that the charging order can be made absolute. If the creditor were to depend upon the charging order, then that creditor wouldn't be permitted to vote for or against the IVA and if the IVA were to be authorized, the charging order wouldn't be granted by the court and the lender could claim as an unsecured lender in the IVA, receiving the same dividend as the other unsecured creditors. The second solution available is for the creditor to sacrifice their security and put forward an unsecured debt claim in the IVA and thus be permitted to vote for or against the proposal. In case the IVA proposal were to be turned down, the lender could re-apply for a charging order once the meeting of creditors is ended.
A final situation is where the way of life of the debtor leads a creditor to conclude that an IVA would be prone to be a failure in supervision. Lenders may investigate how debts were built up in the first place. If the borrower engaged in a magnificent but unsustainable way of living over a period of time seemingly not caring if such chosen lifestyle debts could be repaid or even worse, borrowed recklessly with the knowledge that the debts could not be paid back in any reasonable period of time, then creditors would be inclined to turn down such a proposal. If the debtor's lifestyle included persistent obsessive behavior for example excessive wagering, alcohol consumption or taking narcotics and if the financial distress seemed to be as a consequence of such behavior, creditors would have to be convinced that such behaviour had stopped and that the debtor had taken reputable remedial action to sustain the improved behavior, before accepting such an IVA.

Find a local veterinarian who includes cattle in their practice and consult with that practitioner about a herd health program, based on your type of enterprise, prior to your obtaining any cattle.
5) Sources
As with any purchase it is important that you get value for your money. If you are uncertain about how to purchase a beef animal then it would be best to deal with someone who is ethical and understands this side of the business. This could include a family member, friend, neighbor, local farmer or County Agent. The idea is to not go into a purchase with little or no information or background.
Cattle can be purchased directly from beef producers with the price based on local market conditions. The local market is established primarily in commodity markets many miles away from where you live. These are then modified for each specific region of the country based on transportation costs to markets and local conditions. These local conditions could be such variables as abundance of feedstuffs, moisture conditions and supply and demand. Markets will change through the seasons and from year to year.

Large-Scale Change and Mergers and Acquisitions By Toko Bunga Surabaya 29082012
At some point, three percent organic growth, although perhaps respectable in your industry, will become less than attractive for the organization. As such, the senior leaders or the board may recommend a more aggressive, inorganic growth strategy that encompasses a strong spring of deal flow, pre-acquisition, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration, typically driven by the project management office.
Make no mistake - there is seldom a jam tangan fashion merger. Instead, there is typically an acquisition and often, the incorporation of different jam tangan original employee teams into an expansive geography. Separate functional groups working in different locations drive incredibly inefficient and often dysfunctional redundancies in their implementation of various programs and marine ship chandlery supplier indonesia initiatives.
Information Technology, though a broad-reaching bunga papan surabaya shared service, is often a good but unfortunately painful example of this scenario. Infrastructure, large projects, pockets of unique expertise, mandates by business units, and the critical nature of the organization's operational efficiency based on a consistent and productive IT strategy makes matters worse. After any acquisition, IT webdesign surabaya leaders often recognize that a reorganization and reprioritization is not only necessary, but critical to seamless continuity. The goal is often to break down us-versus-them silos and get people in internet marketing surabaya Europe, Asia, and the Americas talking to one another not only to improve IT services, but to create efficiencies in the desired output. So, how do you break down silos and get people talking? First, map out social networks of intra-company relationships to reveal who is most overworked, most isolated, and most connected without alienating any particular employee or teams. Then, convey the painfully clear value of collaboration or lack thereof.
You would be amazed at how many people are disconnected across functional lines by physical distances or even with those working on key projects. Some are to be expected, but others can cause enormous pain and redundancy in an organization. Often, reorganization is needed based on functional groups as opposed to teams of experts. For example, if the enterprise resource planning deployment team does not fully understand the critical steps in the process, nor do they develop the relationships with the frontline users of that technology to extract candor regarding what is really broken and how to fix the process before implementation is sure to fail.
Many cross-functional social networks often become enablers to more effective communication and unity in their respective parts of the bigger picture. Geography creates a very real disconnect, which team-building sessions can help overcome. Last, strategic knowledge communities in areas such as project management, process reengineering and client services previously unknown to the senior staff, can emerge.

MRP and MRP II
When MRP is referred to as material requirements planning, it refers to a set of computer programs or software that manage inventories and what is needed when, and it tells people on the floor what to make and how much. The computer system maintains scheduling so that production stays on track and the product is delivered to the customer on time. Leadership would also be a part of MRP II. Management also needs to be taken into consideration in MRP.
Goals
MRP IIs goal is to keep the manufacturing process as elementary as possible and to take a serious look at the requirements needed to produce the end product. Careful analyses also have to be conducted to make sure that no waste is happening in the production such as through inventory analysis. A management plan starts with asking what the product is that will be sold to consumers. The next step is looking at what inventory is needed to manufacture the product as well as staff needed, equipment, materials, and any other things that may be needed for the manufacturing process. The last step would be to examine how everything is functioning and also leadership needs to ensure everyone has the resources needed.
ERP and MRP Software
Software options for ERP and MRP allow for keeping track of inventories in a manufacturing setting as well as purchasing and manufacturing controls and communications with people on the fabrication floor so that everything is streamlined between all departments of a company. Additional tools involve invoice production, customer service, and tools to conduct analyses on sales. Financial options are available to offer a full software package for a manufacturing environment. A useful feature in one MRP software package is the ability for several users to enter purchase orders simultaneously on computers in a networked environment as long as that environment was built with servers such as Novell or Microsoft for multiple users. A software system should also be able to generate reports using selected data. Computer MRP systems keep all the data up to date. Another tool would be capacity planning where a system would tell the user what resources would be needed to complete a job based on a production plan such as manpower and equipment. This would be an example of rough-cut capacity planning.
Benefits of MRP Systems
Advantages of using a computerized MRP system would be lowering of costs and inventories, better efficiency in the shop, a shorter production time, lower costs of materials and overhead, and thus better service to customers and timely shipping to consumers. MRP and MRP II would be useful for a manufacturing environment as well as any type of business environment to improve efficiency and business as a whole.

A Guide to SAP Project Documentation for your SAP Implementation By Toko Bunga Surabaya 09072012
To be a successful SAP Project Manager you need to understand the full lifecycle of your SAP implementation, and without prior SAP experience you will not have the benefit of other implementations, this article is a quick guide of SAP Project Documentation marine ship chandlery supplier indonesia that forms the backbone of your SAP implementation. As with all SAP implementations it is based on the well know ASAP methodology (Accelerated SAP), so lets start there.
The basic phases of an SAP implementation start with:
Project Preperation. The documentation that needs to be created during this phase is typically. 1. The Project Plan - This obviously is the starting point for many project managers, but don't be so eager to get the first release out, wait until all your jam tangan terbaru workshops (re-engineering process flows, or documenting as-is processes) are complete. This will open your eyes to what tasks are required or need more attention for your company. A sample SAP project plan is always a good starting point and jam tangan original build upon that.
You will Also need a Project Charter, most project managers understand the need of a Project Charter, but be sure to base it on the SAP technical people as well as the SME's and other toko bunga surabaya business users, many SAP people see the project charter as the requirements for that project. It is also important to identify the leadership teams role karangan bunga throughout the project.
During the Project Prep webdesign surabaya Phase you will also need to define your SAP Landscape, this can be done by your BASIS people, but be clear to them to define the R/3, CRM, BW, SRM landscapes, and make the transport routed clear. Make sure all SAP Business Analysts sign this and fully understand the SAP landscape.
Now it's time for your Validation team to get to work! They are responsible for the project standards, that is, how do the technical team capture requirements, how do they write the requirements in full, and how do they capture what needs to be configured. Make your validation team design the project standards for:
Trace Matrix Standard - This is the Daddy of all standards, it describes the links from the scope document (requirements list) to the functional design document to the technical design document etc. Use the standard on as a starting point if you have not seen one before.
Functional and Technical Design Standard - This describes how the business is to write their requirements in full (after capturing the scope/ requirements). It describes the detail to go to and the general information required for the business analyst to configure. The Technical Design standard, tells the business analyst how to capture the configuration completed. Very similar standards are the Function Specification and Technical Specifications, these are basically the documents for non-configuration requirements, i.e. FRICE objects, thats; forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancements.
So thats Project Prep over! While the validation team are busy writing the project standards, the SAP project team can be running the business workshops to capture TO-BE business processes and requirements, these should all be documented and captured in a scope document. So now your ready for the next phase:
Project Blueprint
The project Blueprint is a description of the TO-BE SAP implementation, broken down into each module it provides detail to the leadership team of what exactly is the SAP project all about. Here's a good sample of an SAP Blueprint
The next phase is the Realisation Phase
Your SAP team are now busy writing all there technical design documents (following the technical design doc standard of course)! While they are busy, you need to start thinking about the testing requirements, a typical document is known as the Opertational Testing Strategy. It covers the process of testing all the requirements have been setup/ configured as expected and has been tested in production like situations.
You will also need to start, if you haven't already, you data loading strategy, how exactly are you going to convert your old business data into sap data, things like your supplier names, customers, products etc. This wuld have been thought about in your Project Charter and Project Plan, but the procedure and standards should be clearly defined.
During the next Phase Final Preperation, you need to create a Go Live and support strategy. How exactly are your users going to be supported during and after go-live. How do users request changes to functionality and how do users create authorisation requests.
